I ordered two product - nutrimeal (chocolate flavour) and fibergy (almond cream flavour). Kalau ikut cara pemakanannya, kene consume 3 scoop of nutrimeal or 2 scoops of fibergy but ladyimran inform, makan dedua pun blh..tambah kenyang...
So, i will try this tomorrow and try to blog about it everyday (err, kalau rajin..) Starting from today, sudah mau kurus yeay!!!!
p/s : currently, my weight is at xxkg (note, baru 2 angka ye..). will reveal the real weight kalau dah kurus betul..heh..

ooo now i cuba patch. macam patch unt stop smoking gak... tapi ini patch unt tidak makan sampai muntah kedarah. tapi.... ku belum try lagi pasal.... bag pun aku lom unpack!
