-2nd Week Update, Sudah Boleh Buat Breast Stroke Style!!!-

Ini entry yang update life ok? Selalu yang korang baca tu, tu semua schedule entry. Tapi untuk swimming progress, aku akan buat entry on the spot sebab excited nih!!!

Memula ingat kelas hari nih cancelled sebab ada hujan rintik-rintik, tapi that was around 12.20 tgh hari. My class at 1.00pm, so gigih jugak la drive ke Presint 16 tu. Nasib baik pegi, sebab sampai sana tak hujan pun.

Untuk hari ini, saya dah belajar untuk berenang cara breast stroke..yeay!!! Apa itu breast stroke style?? According this website, "The breaststroke is a swimming style in which the swimmer is on their chest and the torso does not rotate. It is the most popular recreational style due to its stability and the ability to keep the head out of the water a large portion of the time. In most swimming classes, beginners learn either the breaststroke or the front crawl first. But in competitive swimming, the breaststroke is regarded as one of the most difficult strokes, requiring comparable endurance and leg strength to other strokes."

Tapi kalau ada orang record aku masa tengah berenang tu, amatlah hodoh ok?? Last week belajar kick, skang masuk tangan and nak breathe. So, aku jadik robot dalam air. Sambil tahan napas, dalam hati kena ingat, " kick kaki, 1, 2, 3, kuak tangan, angkat kepala...Kick kaki, 1, 2,3, kuak tangan, angkat kepala.."

Anyway, happy sebab dalam 2 minggu je dah belajar satu style. Aku rasa aku dah ok, cuma kena lebih prektis. Kak latifah pun cakap, aku nih songsang plak, orang guna kaki untuk kick kuat, aku tang tangan plak lagi kuat. Takpe..takpe..lepas nih boleh la berlagak pegi swimming ngan bebudak tu...heheheheheh

hehhee, i berenang kupu-kupu jela and did it 20 laps today. Dah lama tak start swimming, but since now sangat sejuk, swimming will be the last option - sebab i tau its the best thing to tone up all the muscles and burn the fats :). hye, nice knowing u :)

i nih baru nak terkedek2 belajar swimming.. :p hopefully lepas nih boleh catch up with u, maybe 21 laps plak i buat..heheheheh
